As the bookkeeping services vary from client to client, please contact us directly for a free estimate at any time. The table below is just a rough guideline, to give you a general idea of monthly fees

	Alberta Named Company, Alberta Incorporation, Alberta Numbered Company	Step 1 – 3 $900＋GST
	Business Bank Account Opening
	Registration with Canada Revenue Agency(BN, GST, Payroll, Corporate Number)
	WCB Account Opening	$50 + GST
	Business License and Related Building Permit	From $500＋GST
	Minute Book	$200＋GST

The following services fall outside of steps 1-6

Annual return $80
Changes to company information or directors $30 per change

As an example, one of the common services we are asked to assist with is a persons status change from a working holiday employee to a work permit. This requires consultation with the employer, posting an advertisement In the local media, filing paper work with immigration, possible appeals etc…

Our fee for this kind of service is around $1,500…

Again this is dependent on circumstance.
